90's all time crush

yeah i know gorgeous looking teenage boy right?..if you grew up in the 90's you have got to be one of those girls that fell in love with this total charmer...i was only an 8 year-old school girl when i first laid ayes on him yeeheee!!! i remember wanting to grow up real fast because i wanted to catch up with his age..i thought childhood was boring and i wanted to be a teenager at that time right away! ohh how many years passed, now it's 2012 and when i stumbled upon this picture once again it brought back all those sweet memories of the 90's YEPH! THOSE WERE THE GOOD YEARS!!! i'd give anything to be back in those childhood life again... i miss my hometown and everything there! (naiiyak nako for real) i'll stop now..it was worth the share :D thanks for reading..

Meet Kim.

I know her because

We went to the same university,

Took the same major  (but unfortunately not assigned in the same section),

And goes to the same blogging spot (Blogger)

I always thought she was cool actually most in our batch think the same

I even address her as idol kim :D

Actually, she inspired me to create my own blog

Many months ago I visited her blog and was fascinated by her creative work

And then it hit me (like megamind :P) what a joy it must be to create a space like this - fully dedicated to my thoughts and so it started ..all thanks to Kimpoy’s notes :D

(Although my blog is not as good but nevertheless, im loving it! :D)

I finally dined at wichcraft in la tienda

Cool, cozy, gothic, sosyal, malinis and all the hippest words I could inculcate in this cool restaurant. Oh yes! I sounded desperate well I guess so, because to be honest, I’ve always been curious about the place, I always thought that the whole thing about the restaurant is cool and that is why I grew fonder and fonder of the idea of wanting to eat there someday and then on a Sunday evening in September I finally did, it was even more special because I went there with 

my friend kiamee—she’s a special friend, we’ve known each other since elementary, and up to this time we remain friends throughout the years..i thought to myself, what a cool idea to hang out on a place like wichcraft on one of our catching up /bonding times^^…  

I was not disappointed, just as I thought the place was cool, im planning to go back and eat there again sometimes.. the food, the drinks are ohh what can I say are extra unique and cool, it’s brain wrecking to describe it in words one by one so I made sure I took photos… my treat to myself included 

Caesar salad, 

 crabwich, 

winter melon for drinks, 

and a bottle of Avalon diet green tea (with ginseng LOL) it’s actually cute and unique how the cold beverages are served—it comes in a jar and  nothing like I’ve encountered in other restaurants I’ve dined at and the taste is extraordinary as well (maybe im flattering the place too much wew!) oh! And also, I don’t know why it’s spelled that way, but it’s really wichcraft not witchcraft (even the Microsoft word defaults it to witchcraft) 

Hey! im lovin ths I heart shirt! :D

Just for the record, this is the first time that I’m having my very own I heart shirt… I mean it’s a popular design and for years I’ve seen people wearing I heart shirts which by the way originally and commonly comes printed in white shirts. It was the same friend who gave me the chops from Cambodia.. I must say, she pretty much got cool taste for giving out pasalubong for me … I mean we’ve been friends since college and I guess she knows for sure just what strikes my interest (sounding more and more like a materialist X))X ) I only got to wear it once or twice up to this time.. I don’t want it getting old too soon. We both agreed that shirt sizes in Cambodia are better than the available ones here (not that im being an evil citizen) because honestly, the length is limited and fixed, doesn’t exceed up to my desired length, the type that I would wear as pang-lakad.. but this one is nice and above all, it’s………NAVY BLUUUUUUUUUE!!! My all-time favorite color ^^

These hip and cool chopsticks like nothing I’ve ever seen before

The moment I saw these chopsticks I knew I was gonna blog about it (I know right? Too big of a deal) it’s just striking to own something as cool as this, something I will never find not even on a rare occasion here in my home town and so all thanks to my good friend who bought this for me as pasalubong ^^… I remember telling her just bring me a chopstick when you get back and that was the time when asked me what I wanted from Cambodia --it was weird to ask for a chopstick but anyway I did.. I wanted to--do I really need a valid excuse for wanting it? (Interrogation lang) honestly, I was expecting for a pair of chopsticks and I pictured it plain and simple (the usual type I see) and when I finally got it, wow!!! it was way out of the curve! 

It had a cool case 

and a cool design of stars at the tips! 

More so, im not just getting only a pair but more than! It’s nothing I’ve ever seen before-- glad to have one!

my kind of sneakers ;)

I’m beginning to love this color, you know, peach-like but not at all orange or cream, just like a pale melon color, as you can see the color in the sneakers. I got myself this pair just this evening, I didn’t plan for it though, because I set out to look for new shoes to wear for the iftar of my 4^th year students tomorrow joined with the third year students as well. No matter what I do, it’s like my age won’t be right enough to blend in with my choice of clothing, you know when you can look a lot older and people would have the impression that you are a professional, but it’s never really in my case, totoo nga naman, looks can be deceiving. Anyway, because I couldn’t find the right outfit, the proper formal shoes, plus the time was limited to search for more because of the fact that it’s already evening, plus part of my budget wont allow it, I just ended up buying myself a pair of sneakers that has the color and design pattern suited for my taste. Just like what I said in the beginning of this post,  I’m beginning to like this color, even the background of my blog page has this shade of color (if you noticed). Anyway, navy blue is still my favorite and my signature color. Thanks for reading!

eyeglass issue

LOLOLOLOLOL and I thought the month of August would end without me having to publish an entry for my blog. Yeah, that’s right! It’s been a long time since I last visited my uncompromising train-of-thought! Hahahah… well today I’m sharing the tale of my new eye glasses. Yup! I just got them today. It’s pretty affordable in Acebedo Optical.had to miss first period of class for this---->pasaway na teacher talaga. Check out the cardboard picture displayed in the clinic.

 Not even a hint from anyone that my eyeglasses are new, pretty much because it looks just like the old one (ung nawala na lang ng bigla) only this one’s thicker. I’ll do my best to make it last, then I wouldn’t have to spend again.

got my salary today and bought this cup lens....if my mom or sister sees this, they would ask how much i spent and if they knew the price, baka sabihin pa ng ate ko na  dapat ng ssave ako instead na bumibili ng kung anu-ano. nasa ibang bansa sila parehas and our frequent mode of keeping in touch is via fb, that's why i can't post this on my fb, dito na lang hahahah

ang daming aaralin, ang daming gagawan ng preps, ang daming kailngang gupitin para sa bulletin, mag e-encode pa ng magulong seat plan! tapos, ang dami ko pang damit na i-ssort at tu-tupiin! gabi nako nakauwi, pagod pako galing school! inaantok pa ko tapos hindi pa ko ngddinner past 8pm na! 5am pa ang gising bukas! hindi ko kayang tapusin lahat to ng overnight! kahit na kailangan tapusin lahat ngayon! pag ako na inis i will not accomplish any! bahala na si superman!

sunday, june17 - ang sususnod na aabangan kong sunday dahil ipapalabas sa hbo ang thor! 10pm yan ha (trying to set a remider ;9) now that naging crush ko na si Tom Hiddleston, i'm friggin' interested to see him at para maging fonder pa sa kanya for a great acting on the bad ass Loki that he is hahahah!

ewan ko ba!

i couldn't care at all even if the whole world did care. i have this thing where i'm just not readily amused by the common societal interest and by that i mean, the reality shows whether local or international, kung ano man ung mga patok! as how many would refer to it- 'trend' whether local or international. i just like what i find to like and give my attention to that as much as i want to.
